Why Work For Us?

We work with a very good group of colleagues, they are such a great team that’s why I enjoy working here.

I have a nursing background from working in India and have a lot of experience working in the care field. I am passionate about caring for the elderly – the management here provide training regularly to continually update all our knowledge and skills.  We have good support from the management team.

The owners are very supportive and are a great help to us all. I see myself as a voice for the elderly as I am experienced in knowing all their needs and providing care.

I like working here as I like to help and be thoughtful to all the residents. We have a very good team of staff.

I like working in a care home and with the elderly as I like to bring life to the elderly.

I like making a change in people’s lives. Working with the elderly isn’t like an ordinary job, it is all about making residents feel happy and seeing the smiles on their faces.

Every day is different working in a care home and brings new challenges. We have an excellent care team which are supportive and so caring.

It is so fulfilling working with the elderly – I recommend it as a career. You are making a difference to people’s lives each day.

I get immense satisfaction from seeing the residents happy, being looked after and appreciated.

It is very rewarding to see the residents happy and laughing during our activity sessions. I like working here as it is a very friendly care home.
