Choosing the right care for someone you love is one of the biggest decisions you'll face.
We understand the worry, the questions, the guilt that comes with it. That's why we're here to walk alongside you, every step of the way.

Our story began in 1992 when we cared for our grandfather, who lived with dementia. Mum cooked the meals. Younger family members helped with shifts after school and at weekends.
That hands-on family spirit shaped everything we do today.
You'll still see brothers Abbas and Riyaz Merali, who now lead RMD Care. Because we’re a family, present in our homes, sleeves rolled up. Real families caring for your family.
Each of our homes sits in a peaceful location with gardens, character and the kind of space that lets people breathe. They're designed to feel homely and welcoming – never institutional.
Westlands is a spacious, part purpose-built home in the Hampshire village of Four Marks, near Alton and Winchester. Surrounded by countryside and fields where horses graze, it offers 53 ensuite rooms, bright communal spaces and a calm, welcoming atmosphere that helps residents feel at ease.
Stanborough Lodge is a warm, welcoming home where calm and comfort come naturally. Set in landscaped gardens overlooking open farmland, it’s close to Stanborough Lakes and just off the A1(M), easy for families to visit, yet wonderfully peaceful for those who live here.
Manor Lodge is for people who value peace, familiarity and knowing the faces around them. With just 16 rooms, it’s one of our smallest homes, creating a warm, family atmosphere where everyone feels at home.
Many of our care team have been with us for years. You'll recognise the same faces, hear familiar voices, and watch genuine friendships grow between the people who live here and those who care for them. That consistency matters deeply when you're trusting someone with a person you love. It's how a care home truly feels like home.
From your first phone call to moving in and settling in, we're here. We'll explain what happens next, answer every question honestly, and make sure you feel supported throughout. No jargon. No pressure. Just honest conversation and a steady hand to hold. You're not alone in this.
Eileen still bakes her famous Victoria sponge and shares stories of baking with her mum. Richard chose the seat by the window because the light reminds him of his old kitchen. June holds court over afternoon tea. Care here isn't just about looking after people – it's about celebrating who they are, the hobbies they love, and the moments that make life worth living.
Everyone has their own morning routine, their favourite armchair, theirway of taking tea. We take time to listen, learn what matters, and create personalised care that respects independence, choice and dignity. Yourloved one doesn't become a number. They become part of our family.
Many families are touched by dementia. If your loved one is living with dementia, you need somewhere that truly understands – where they'll be safe, supported and seen for who they really are, not just their diagnosis.
Every team member receives dementia training, and many complete specialist modules. We create calm, familiar environments where people can be themselves, with compassionate one-to-one support that looks after both physical and emotional wellbeing every single day.
You'll have peace of mind knowing they're in experienced, caring hands.

There's no single answer, but families often tell us they started looking when everyday tasks became overwhelming, when safety at home became a concern, or when a loved one seemed lonely or isolated. If you're asking the question, it's worth having a conversation with us. We can talk through what you're seeing and help you think it through, with no pressure to make any decisions.
