Well-being
We are committed to making sure that each resident gets the most out of life whilst living at our homes. We believe that by keeping active and becoming involved in the RMD Care Activity Programme residents will see improvements in both their physical and mental wellbeing. Dementia Care
In an age where dementia will affect 1 in 4 of us we believe that providing the right 1-1 care is essential to ensure quality of life for the resident and in turn their family. Our staff are all trained to understand the difficulties people with dementia face day to day and will care for each resident in a safe environment that supports physical and emotional well-being.
Trained Staff
All members of our staff are trained in all aspects of care including specialist dementia training. They are supported by our strong management and leadership team. We have a dedicated care team in all our homes, many of whom have worked with us for several years and share our passion for care.
Stanborough Lodge
Is a stunning Victorian style country home located in a quiet close, in Welwyn Garden City, Hertfordshire. Standing in a ¾ acre plot of picturesque landscaped gardens overlooking beautiful open farmland, only a stone’s throw away from Stanborough Lakes and located just off the A1(M).

St Anthony’s
is a charming residential care home for the elderly situated on a quiet street in a sought after location, a stone’s throw away from the beautiful and pristine Cassiobury Park in Watford, Hertfordshire.
